Strength and Power Session
Squats:
45x10, 135x10, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 365x3
....
stopped at 365 due to the tendons on the inside of my thighs started aching immensely.
Hack Squat:
270x15, 360x15, 450x15, 540x10
