This is an odd quote from a filthy socialist and Stalinist... :) This quote seems like it ought to have come from an upstanding Capitalist like myself.
Yea, he probably meant, "If your circumstances suck, don't worry, because the government will take from the hard working guy who earned what he has and give it to you, so you don't have to."
...and tag it with some euphemism like income redistribution or progressive income tax. :) Damn, this went off on a different route--armbar, ground n' pound...focus.
